PPE thank you video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kqk2kJVvaxQ&t=5s
Thank you to everyone who has supported our PPE Project. We are delighted that the production of visors and scrubs are all underway and are being distributed directly to the people who desperately need these items.
Please click here to see our thank you video and feel free to share the link with anyone you know who has supported the appeal.
Further to our recent fundraising appeal, we are extremely proud to announce that a total of £21,507 has been donated.
Our initial target of £1000 was surpassed within less than 20 minutes! News of our fundraising efforts were shared throughout the St Peter’s network and financial contributions were pledged from current and former parents, staff and students; as well as numerous messages of support and offers of help. This remarkable achievement has truly demonstrated what ‘Christ to all’ really means within our community.
The funds will enable additional raw materials and equipment to be purchased which will significantly support an increase of production and help to meet the demand for the essential face shields and hospital scrubs.
St Peter’s is managing all of the production and logistics in-house; it has been strategically planned to distribute the initial batches of face shields and scrubs to the most needed frontline staff in care homes, medical centres, local charities and community-based services, as well as our local hospitals including Royal Surrey, Frimley Park and Milford Hospital.
If you are part of an organisation that is in acute need of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), please contact us via email using our dedicated address: PPE@st-petersschool.org.uk with your requirements.
Thank you again to everyone who has contributed to this vital mission. Keep safe.
God bless,
Toby Miller

Please find attached a document outlining the expectations and instructions for home study over the next few weeks whilst the school is closed. It is really important that students get straight into good habits in terms of structuring their day, working with purpose and organising themselves accordingly. All students have had a short briefing about this and will be expecting to go through the document with you.
Please see the latest Schoolcomms from Mr Miller below.

due to foreseen circumstances, the event will be re-arranged ASAP.
St Peter’s Catholic School in Guildford has again been formally recognised for its commitment to careers education and guidance by being re-accredited with the prestigious Quality in Careers Standard.
The Quality in Careers Standard is the single national quality award for careers education, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG) in schools, colleges and work-based learning.
All state-funded secondary schools are “strongly recommended” by the Department for Education in its statutory guidance to work towards, achieve and maintain this national standard as part of its careers strategy and St Peter’s has now held the award for 10 years.
Congratulations to our (very newly formed) Year 7 girls' basketball team won the Guildford District basketball tournament last night, after winning every game! It was their first experience playing together and they are very proud of themselves!
Thank you to everyone who attended last night's Year 12 Independent Study event. Please click here for the presentation. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs R McAvoy directly.
